Affordable, accessible services for people coping with pain, stress, depression,  anxiety & other health problems affecting life quality.

Valley Community Acupuncture & Occupational Therapy provides acupuncture,  Chinese medical massage, Chinese herbals, child development consultation/coaching, occupational therapy services and wellness resources.

Valley Community Acupuncture

Traditional medicine views the body as a reflection of the natural world.  A healthy system is productive when it is in harmony with the cycle of the seasons.  Just as plants need the sun, air, water & earth community to thrive we need nutritious food, daily movement, fresh air, adequate rest and social connections.  Just as plants stress without sufficient resources we may become overwhelmed with stress.  As a grower you may facilitate the plant's ability to thrive by providing inputs when it's stressed.  Acupuncture stimulates the body's ability to heal itself and is effective for a wide range of conditions as well as beneficial in general ways for most everyone.  Come, learn to listen to your own body's wisdom in a community setting.  Gail can help you:

· reduce stress

· improve your sleep, energy & mood

· alleviate pain & decrease inflammation

· boost immunity & decrease recovery time

· improve life quality for management of chronic disease

· with many more issues from common to complex

Gail can also suggest simple herbs, seasonal foods,  simple movements & other resources for your self care. She has served the Valley region since 2003 creating the first WI community acupuncture clinic in 2006.    The mission of the national CA network is to make acupuncture more affordable & accessible by offering it in community settings for a sliding scale.

Serving the St Croix & Chippewa Valley region since 2003
